The following are the SEO main points for a website in 2021. This simple note can be used as an SEO checklist for new websites as well.

1. Use Short URLs: They are simple and direct. Short URLs perform better in SERP.

2. Look for books on online sites related to your product/service: This is one cost-free way of finding a topic and Heading suggestions for your content strategy or website content creation.

3. Word count should be 2000 or more: As a general rule of thumb, try creating content with at least 2000 or more words. This doesn’t mean you should always write 2000 words, but in relevant scenarios, and if the topic is something you can write in deep, try writing as much deep and comprehensive as possible.

4. Target Keyword: The target keyword and its combinations should be there in the Title and first and last 100 words. There should be a flow in the content, don’t stuff keywords.

8. Use Reddit and Wikipedia: The outbound links in Wikipedia when you search for your product/service and topics discussed in Reddit are perfect content ideas for you.
